Refund Policy
Products purchased from ZornMediaGroup.com, LLC may be refunded only if cancelled within the following time frame:
Annual Plans - Within 30 days of the date of the transaction/payment
Monthly Plans* - Within 48 hours of the date of the transaction/payment
*Monthly Plans include all plans with less than a 1-year term (e.g., 6 mos., 9 mos., etc.)
“Date of the transaction,” for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of payment of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by ZornMediGroup.com, LLC.
You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund time frame specified for the applicable product, if available at all.
Note: Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.
This Policy is provided in the English language. To the extent any translation is provided to you, it is provided for convenience purposes only, and in the event of any conflict between the English and translated version, the English version will control and prevail.
PRODUCTS WITH SPECIAL REFUND TERMS
Ad Spend
For SEV Premium, the ad spend and search marketing fees are non-refundable for the current month. We may refund future pre-paid months and future-month additional ad spend and search marketing fees.
Assisted Service
Refundable after the initial three months.
Domain Name Registrations/Renewals
1. New Registrations (most TLD registrations – exceptions noted)
Refundable if canceled and processed within five days of registration (120 hours). EXCEPTIONS:
· .cn, .com.cn, .net.cn, .org.cn — 5 days from Registration (see Domain Name Registration Agreement for complete details)
· .co - 5 days (New Registrations/Renewals) / No refund for auto-renewals
· .me — 2 days
· .mx, .com.mx — 45 days
· .com.tw, .org.tw, .idv.tw — 4 days
2. Renewals
Manual - Refundable if canceled within five days of manual renewal.
Auto-Renewal - Refund for domain names set on auto-renewal, which are calculated from the date of expiration of the domain (and not necessarily the date of renewal), are as follows:
One-year renewals - Refundable if canceled within 45 days after expiration (not within 45 days after renewal).
Multiple-year renewals - Refundable if canceled within 5 days after renewal.
3. Pre-Registrations
For gTLD pre-registrations, application fees are non-refundable*.
SEO Services
SEO Services is a 12-month commitment billed monthly. You are expected to stay at the agreed upon price for 12 months. You can cancel SEO Services at any time and we will not bill you for future months. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the present or past months. When you cancel, you become responsible for maintaining any and all of the onsite or offsite optimizations previously done by SEO Services. If you cancel SEO Services within 48 hours of buying them, you can receive a full refund, including for the first month. After 48 hours, however, you will have to pay for the first month and you will not be billed for future months.
Professional Web Design Services
Web Services: 30% cancelation fee when in progress, non-refundable once complete.
Logo Design: 40% cancelation fee when in progress, non-refundable once Artwork Delivered.
